Asalaamu Alaikum Saad,

Does Mr Nizzar make his black seed oil privately or does he have a company where the quality is controlled, etc? And do you have his email? did you use his oil in addition to Hemani or after it? Jazakullahu Khair for all of your help!

Also, please just disregard the following question if it's too personal, but is this the first time you felt some of your symptoms again after being cured? And what types of symptoms are you experiencing? I wonder if its because of irregular use of the black seed oil or if there is a trigger that's causing it (like for me, i had both of my attacks after a cold/ flu-type episode...I think it may be because of allergies so now i'm eating honey every day, trying to clean the dust around me more often because I found that I'm allergic to dust, taking VitD and eating foods with more iron (because i'm deficient in both of them)
